Hi, is there a JuicyAds mamnger I can talk to on the forum ?

I have $200 funds on my account but my CTR is super low (0.04%) even tho I created multiple quality creatives. Maybe I am bidding like an absolute noob, or blacklist is not the way to go. I am advertising with 300x100 banner on mobile, T2 traffic, and my daily budget doesn't even spend even tho my bid rank is #33.

I know it's a minimum of $500 funds to have a personal manager but if anyone from JuicyAds can advice me on my campaign I would greatly appreciate. Telegram @boopadmin

Hi, You will need $500 loaded to get a dedicated AM, otherwise you need to go through standard support Im afraid. I'll have a quick look at your account for you, but please note I just wouldn't be available every day to advise, without you qualifying for a dedicated AM. sorry
