Well that's kinda long, would it be faster if I pay by paypal or stripe ?
After buying Jr. VIP where could I pay for thread in MP or would it just appear in Account Upgrades?

  4. Your thread should include clear pricing, contact details and refund policies.
  5. Your product and service must be of quality and priced reasonably. BHW staff will be the sole arbiters of this.
  6. Anyone who is controlling or perceived to be controlling a marketplace thread / working on a JV with you must have the required Jr. VIP status to do so.

How To Submit A BHW Marketplace Thread
If the above applies please complete the next set of steps:

  1. Chose the http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f73-marketplace/ that describes your service and create your thread. Images will be held on a third party server, imgur.com or imageshack.us. We have done this in order to speed up the forum, improve page loads and avoid unapproved changes to threads.
  2. Once you have created your thread, it will go into a moderation queue. You will receive a pm with a link to manage the approval process which will then be picked up by a BHW mod. Make sure your thread is a final edit. Once you have submitted your thread, changes can be made by PM'ing http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/655173-mr-apricot.html , http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/48410-oldsalt.html http://www.blackhatworld.com/members/i-know-seo.540780/ or http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/417367-nuf-ced.html. The cost for this will be $30.
  3. You are no longer required to send a PM to a MOD stating you have listed a sales thread. You will be contacted by them when they are ready to review your sales thread. This will normally be within 24-48 working hours.
  4. A Moderator will then review your service, you must provide the top level package or service described in your thread. If you are unable to provide this your thread won't be approved.
  5. Wait patiently to hear back from the staff regarding your sales thread, use the thread to respond to the mod within the review process, If your thread is approved you will be pm'd and asked to pay a $30* listing fee. NOTE the live thread will be cleared of all previous messages from the review process and set live on the marketplace forum you created. *this will be renewed annually - you will be pm'd 7 days before this renewal is due.
  6. Do not try to jump the queue for Marketplace approvals. PM titles such as 'REPLY ASAP!!!!', 'URGENT URGENT URGENT', or anything similar will not gain you favor with the staff. Similarly, sending multiple messages or spamming skype will only give a negative impression of your professionalism. Don't do it!

It is usually instant. Regarding marketplace, you will have to first post a thread in appropriate section and need to pay when it is approved by a mod.

I've posted a marketplace thread over a week ago and yet to hear back. I even PM'd some mods hoping to hear atleast something - nothing yet..

@Apricot will possibly be the person who will process this, but keep in mind it's now the start of the weekend in the UK.

Yup I know. Thought I could start my thread in a week or so. A month shocked me :D
See more staff is being hired and it depends on number of applicants waiting. That is maximum, go ahead, you will not regret it.

Have you actually paid for this or are you asking the question beforehand? Asking because I can't see a valid payment sent from your account yet - if you have made a payment, please PM me with details and I'll look into it.

Otherwise, if you pay via stripe or paypal then, as long as the payment goes through successfully, your account will be upgraded immediately.

We say that it can take up to 7 days if it's a manual payment or, sometimes, the payment is held by paypal or stripe if there are any red flags or suspicious activity. This can cover lots of things but, for an example, paying from an IP which doesn't match your billing address can often cause problems.

If anyone's paid for their Jr VIP membership through their account upgrade page and it doesn't process automatically, it means that there's been an issue with the payment. In the first instance, please check your bank account to see if the payment's actually gone through - if so, send me any transaction ID's and I'll be able to look into it.

If the payment hasn't gone through, check with your bank or CC provider to find out why the payment was stopped. If they didn't stop the payment, then the chances are that the payment was rejected on our end (or held until we confirm it's genuine). If this is the case, PM me with the attempted payment details (time, email address used, last 4 digits of CC etc) and I'll find the payment and can explain why it was rejected.

Following this process is the quickest method of getting any payment issues resolved.
