[Journey] To Make My First Website Using WordPress Challenges And Expectations...…

Hi,
I have to developed a website using WordPress. Website belongs to very low grade institution in India named Udaan 100 Experts. They want a website to promote their institution they need to create his online presence and need to search in their local area.

Website is around 40-70 pages.
Institution has no budget for make IT possible because institution is working for charity.
They need the SEO in website good and attractive website in locality.

But the commitment to make it possible by me......................

The person for which i have to work is very suspicious he is trying to confused me because he is not cleared about the requirements for his website. I will suggested him to start with a basic website and further we can add functionality later as the requirements needed. But the person is still in thinking that how can we initiate i can ive him a start website with wordpress with no of pages 10 in $385 now the clients is ready but requirements increased to do seo already in the same price.

After the last discussion with my friend i have started to develop the website basic website with live functionality some of the layout expected by me is liked by the client let see what happened next..................
