I'm a TOTAL noob when it comes to Adsense and have dabbled a bit in CB but to no success.
I'm starting this journey to keep myself accountable and since the services to build this system all comes from BHW, it only makes sense to put it here and get some valuable feedback from fellow seniors and members. I also wanted to document the tasks and steps I took so I can duplicate this for next projects.

So...
My two main goals were:
I initially wanted to build an authority site, but had no idea how or what to put in it. My motivation to sustain one was also unclear, until I saw the Rank & Rent tutorial. So I got it, explored the underbelly and found that the methodology made perfect sense because it will build a system that I can sell offline as well.
The pros of this system was that I could put affiliates, adsense and offline sales that I could control.
Then, I dived into each section to see and test how I plan to optimize them.
For affiliates, I would mainly use CB for niche related products and include them in reviews or above the fold ads. I have yet to explore Amazon, but I'm from Asia, so there are also others such as Lazada, Shopee, Gearbest for e-comm affiliates. For adsense, I would fill up the rest of the gaps, but not flood the page with ads. I've personally never done anything adsense, so it would take some time to figure it out.
Then I came across the Quize plugin, as well as the articles for using quizzes to drive traffic to the website. That would be a brilliant way to support and generate traffic into the website. It will also be the sensible thing to stick my adsense codes there.
I have yet to decide if backlinks will be the way to go, but it is not priority at this point of time. My rationale is that if backlinks can boost shitty sites, it should do wonders for a good site. So the current priority to build this site will be for the quality and organic drive.
My overall investment would be approx $300 to get started. My goal is to first make enough to cover that cost so I can reinvest into growing this (hopefully) evergreen beast. Expenses will mainly be for the articles, as the plugins and tutorials (R&R) can be amortized.

- ✓ Install WP & Plugins: Theme-Divi, Yoast, Quize, etc
- ✓ Get 5-10 articles to get ball rolling and to apply for adsense: Fix positioning of featured posts on the website to test layout.
- ✓ Plan site silo
- Populate with more articles & optimize with stock images (50-100)
- Customize affiliate banners from CB
- Setup Quiz 1
- Plug-in adsense & affiliate details
Passive Income Goal:

Phase 3 (Month 8-12): $3,000/mth (Consider exit)
