[Journey] Making 50k in Crypto

UPDATE

Picked up some $GDAG here on this pullback. Not going to lie I do not love this project so I only went in half size. In the whitepaper, they literally start a paragraph off by saying something like "aside from being up 84,000% from our ATL"...

I dont know about you guys, but most solid teams are not flexing that theyre up 84k percent on a fresh coin lol.. This makes me a little cautious as I also saw people saying they have some spelling errors throughout some of their documents.

However, I think the project can easily see at least a few X's. The utility is solid as they are doing a lot with mining along side Kaspa which has already ran a significant amount.

Risk to reward is here for me so I felt fine grabbing some on this pullback. May look to DCA if we get another big drop as well.

Update

I picked up more $OTSea today since we have dipped down below 17 cents. I think this micro is going to perform really well so I had no problem adding another light bag. In total I have invested around $1k to this project. 0.15 is where I was able to pick some up today. I will sell 50% when my balance reaches $2000. Otherwise, I will hold to 0.

My recent entry on GDAG may have not been the smartest. Even on my post here I explained why the crypto has some issues. Since then, price has continued falling for the most part and I am down $100-200 at the moment but all micros are taking a hit so this is nothing to concerning. One 10x and we are well on our way to our goal which is very possible in this space.

Bullmarket hasnt even began lets continue loading.

ALSO, I wanted to mention a hefty play I have been drawing up. I am looking to begin dollar cost averaging into $INJ. I know I am HELLA late to this party but I see this one going $100+ no issues when bullrun hits.

Update 12/28/23​

This last week, I entered $500 USD of AVAX at $43 per coin. I am well aware this is a rather high entry, but I am only dollar cost averaging in. I plan on accumulating more AVAX on any substantial dips.

GDAG - Put in $500 and am currently -$366
OTSEA - Put in $965 and am currently +$22.25
CRESO - Put in $1400 and already took out my initial ($1400). +$1882 still running.
SOL - Put in $750 and currently +$2300

Also, doing some leverage trading and memecoins as well for fun. Started with around $100 and now up to $500. However, this is high risk so it can easily go to zero as well.

These plays that I am sharing are all spot plays for the most part. Therefore, the immediate gain or loss is near irrelevant. I have a 6-12 month approach with these investments so I will not be taking profit across the board for a while. If we see a large pullback, I am more than happy to accumulate more of everything. I am temped to sell some more CRESO to lock in some more profit. Seems insane to have such a large part of my account in one micro like Creso. If it flops I can kiss that 1.8k gone.

Live laugh love always open to suggestions as well. SOL meme coins are fun!!

Can you tell who are you following on twitter i am kind of a newbie? I have some knowledge but i cant choose coins on myself actually.

Update 1/7/24​

Today, I have tweaked my portfolio. I now have a rather bearish outlook on crypto for the next month. I have heard rumors of the ETF being denied until next month. Until then I think we see sideways or downwards price action. This means that micros will bleed rather hard. This is why I took out a lot of my creso bag and cut my gdag. I would like to cut half of my OTSea as well and rotate into more secure alt coins but I refuse to sell it down 40% currently. I will hold it to 0...

Other than that, I think that micros have the chances of making you the most money which is where I would like to have my funds but, I do not like how quickly narratives change. For 3 weeks there are three or four hot micros and then the next month there are three new ones. Those coins I guess you should just be looking for a quick 2x or something and taking profits becuase holding for a moonbag is not worth it until we are fully in a bullmarket.

My portfolio has dipped a few k from its ATH but I am staying confident and this is why I am slowly rotating into other alts that have higher market caps. I know it will limit my potential gains but I think playing it more safe is smartest for me at this time.

GDAG - Put in $500 and was down -$365 so I swapped it to ETH to cut the bag
OTSEA - Put in $965 and am currently -$400
CRESO - Put in $1400 and already took out my initial ($2600). +$250 still running.
SOL - Put in $750 and currently +$2000
AVAX - Put in $500 and currently -$150
RAY - Put in $500 currently +/-$0

Other coins on my radar are:
INJ - SEI - FET

the odds of ETF being rejected are near 0% lol Blackrock has 1 denied ETF in like 600. It's not happening

What probably happend was that Github file or other malware you got from somewhere was able to access your already browser active state cookies of coinbase/phantom session which is the part from after having cleared 2fa not before, these cookie sessions only reset usually when u go and make new request to their site server which then asks u for 2fa again. What threat actor does is emulate already logged in state without re requesting from server.

What wallets do you use now? Besides ledger that are phraseless/seedless?

Also with regards to this journey please indicate time spent in holding coins else people get idea like can make 2x etc overnight

Some new updates today... I have continued dollar cost averaging as I previously stated I would. Today I picked up some more AVAX and FET.
I would still like to purchase more coins but will wait to see if BTC decides to sweep 40k again. Id like to see one more dip below 40k to accumulate
a bunch of altcoin spot bags.

After the 2 new additions, I have rotated the money I was chilling in eth into avax and fet so our totals into the coins are as follows:

Holdings - Amount Now / Initial
OTSEA - $446 / $1000
CRESO - $200 / initials + profit secured
SOL - $2814/ $750
AVAX - $725 / $900
RAY - $490 / $500
FET - $913 / $1000

I will only take profits at 2x on these plays.

However, I am trying to find out a strategy where I can take profits on other pumps as well but maybe I use low-leverage trading for that instead, well see. If anyone has tips or advice for this lmk!
