[Journey] Make $125,000 in 24 hours through e-commerce

Update on yesterdays work-session:

Total spent on ads: $38
Total leads (emails): 639
Total new followers on Instagram: 389

--

Cost per lead: $0.05
Cost per Instagram follower: $0.09

--

I would say it's very successful so far. Will do a bit more tweaking tonight to qualify the leads better.

Emails are dropping in constantly which means funnel is working and definitely getting good traffic. Got 1 order so far from the campaign ($279) so we're already earning.

Which email sender are you using?

Huge, huge success today! After some intensive SEO work (before this thread was created), rankings have begin to move.

It's the #2nd keyword that will be interesting - it has over 250.000 searches on Black Friday.. If we manage to keep this position - man oh man..

I have an AMA thread here on BHW. Feel free to ask specific questions in there :)

Thanks! Hmm, I would say 70/30. Don't have all the numbers in front of me right now :)

Thank you! No BHW discounts, and please don't buy a watch. I don't want this thread to come off as promotional - so if you want to support me, just feedback here on BHW! There are a lot of good brands out there, I'd rather direct you somewhere else.

Nice journey! OP. How do you checked the keyword searches for 200k search results. In the pic it is 3k and sorry didn't really checked on various platforms on my end tho. Just asking...

Because it's a seasonal keyword. Most of the tools are going to spread out the volume over 12 months - but a keyword like Black Friday is gonna get 99.99% of it's searches on one particular day.

Last year it was 250k+ on Black Friday (+ day before), I'm guessing even bigger this year.

Nice share!
You must also be preparing for Christmas 2018.
Following the thread.

So, how am I making the money?
I run a pretty successful watch brand in the mid-end price range ($279 per watch). We sell world-wide, with a
very strong base in US, Australia and Sweden.

Hi thank you for your thread. Where do you get your watches manufactured?

Hey OP !

Really really interesting stuffs here ! Gonna follow this with attention !

Just one question :

I try to do the same thing for my niche.

But i'm struggling with Zapier.

I followed you until the url requested to make the POST.
I dont really understand. Should I have like a server or something to be able to automate the mail sending ?

If you had just a bit of time to try to lighten me, or share some content about it, i would really appreciate it!

I'm sure you gonna make it hard on BF :)

The way I set it up is:
1) Zapier detects lead from Facebook
2) Zapier post data to my server
3) I send email from my server (using Mandrill/Mailchimp).

You CAN do it all through Zapier I believe (e.g detect lead on Facebook, and then send the email from Zapier), as they have integrations with mail services.

Oh wow. Guess I'll be doing the same with affiliate and dropship this November. Thanks to you brother.

Quick update:

GREAT success with the lead-funnel. +800 Instagram followers in 30 hours, very little spent and engagement is through the roof. Emails dropping in constantly and have gotten a few orders from the funnel, so right now we're at +$600.

Will be doing the first email outreach campaign today, I'll post a video of me doing it later today.

Can you please let us know how many leads you ended up getting and at what cost?
Thank you

@yakuzaemme
is the brand your own?

Is it white labeled?

Is it dropshipped or shipped by you?

Where are your watches manufactured?

same questions

Brand is my own, from scratch. No white-label. Shipped from our HQ and shipping partners around the world.

Manufactured in Hong Kong, and final touches done in Sweden.

Very different from the journey threads here. Good luck OP- I'll be watching (pun intended).

So I'm happy to see that we finally can see some interesting "Journey" threads which don't start with keywords: Instagram, Youtube & Ogads (nothing against the network itself)...

Excited to see how this turns out!

Thank you for your information in your last thread, I often look back through the thread, it has some great information.

Are you using any specific type of campaign for your Facebook/Insta PPC? Using videos, directing to an article related to the watches etc?

Interested to see what converts well, as I've always been focused on SEO and I like to hear insights into PPC.

Second update:

Did the first cold-email outreach campaign today for SEO purposes. Used Link-Assistant to find relevant blog posts, exported the results to a list with email and blog URL - and then Mailchimp to push these out.

Email copy:

Note: "Your article" URL is replaced with the URL of their blog posts where they mention black friday.

Only sent out to 500 so far for A/B testing, but hoping to get at least a handful of backlinks. Will keep you updated :)

PS: There's a tutorial posted by me on BHW on how I do outreach scraping, look it up!

This is just pure gold.
Hope you will make more than you expect.
