CPC is affected by a bunch of things.
*Country of your Adsense account
*Country of your traffic source ( traffic from the US will definitely have a higher CPC than traffic from India)
* Ad type (text ads might have a higher cpc than image ads, most of my revenue are from text ads), you can test with few of them.
* Time of the day ( I noticed I usually get my highest CPC when it's just past midnight) I've gotten CPC as high as $1.3 before, just once though.

So you'll have to experiment to find what works for you.

Adsense is UK - 7 years
Country of traffic is USA and Europe (UK - Germany - Sweden etc..) . I also have canada and Australia. <-- the majority are from these countries but I do have international traffic (hardly any indian tho)
My CTR is 2%
I think the problem is maybe my ad placement and my theme.

Which theme and ad placement works the best? Can you give me some examples please. Also how to find high ctc. I heard that your domain + niche should be the same for higher cpc.

USA and UK has the highest CPC
 
I dont get the point.. you drive fb traffic to your site and rhen force them to click your ads.
But why google custom search engine?
For me that's just a search bar... Why people use it? And how to monitize from that?
 
Are there any updates on this? Since you're forcing people to click the ads, is your AdSense account still active? I ask this because I want to know how strict they are.

I'm thinking of doing something kind of similar and risky with my AdSense, but don't know if I should since I use it as a legitimate source of income from YouTube and such. With what I'm thinking of doing I'll get around 25 clicks per 500 impressions, which might be a bit high and Google might detect it as suspicious?

I will follow this. I am trying to do the same but I have "student loan repayment" website. This keyword is the highest CPC keyword on Adwords. So I am trying to get the lowest USA CPC traffic on Facebook and send it to my website... No blackhat method... People will click on ads not...
 
you know what is funny to me. All the BS that OP fake. Like why the fuk would he have to upload video proofs and sh*t? If you think it's fake just move on. And people saying ''you will never get paid etc.'' are funny to me. If you are narrow minded doesn't mean OP doesn't have an ace up his sleeve. Funny world we live in.

It's a wonderful world we live in, because people are free to either use brain and common sense or just believe in whatever miracles and magic they want. Yes, with non-fake video-"proofs" of course! LOL

adsense are very strict when it comes to referrers .. OP banned already ... i guess
