first of all, English is not my native language, so I'm sorry if there's a word you don't understand.
Background
There are so much method to earn income using Adsense. SEO, Facebook Ads, etc. The method I use here is Facebook Ads (Advertising).
Plan
I use 1 USA Adsense account, 1 domain, and 1 vps. There's no need to worry about the content, because I use Buzzsumo to find viral content, so I can get the cheapest CPC from Facebook Ads.
Spend:
1 domain .xyz = $1.89
1 vps = $5/month
Buzzsumo = $39/month
If you wondering why I get low price on Buzzsumo, I use micro plan offer for small business enterprise. So, lucky me...
Next, I'm gonna post how much I spend on my Ads (Facebook), and how much I earn from Adsense. Hopefully I get the best ROI.

i have seen this method few month ago in my country fb group and WhatsApp story. this guy in my wa contact always upload his earning in WA story.
I think it is fastest way to get paid from adsense.
I think you can use viral video instead of article in your blogpost.

did you try ad placement and different articles , also the source of your traffic can affect your cpc

maybe the problem is the theme? which wordpress theme works the best and what placement. Otherwise me and OP get the traffic from same source (facebook)
