Anyone else grinding on a Saturday?

I just wrapped up planning for the next version of my SaaS....
...and how to add 500 more active users in the next 6 months.

Check out this Gantt chart. Looks like a real plan now, right?

I’m starting a little #buildinpublic series.

One post for each task on that chart above.

No fake hype.
No fluff.
Just real lessons and updates as I go.

Disclaimer

This is my personal journey building and scaling a SaaS.

Not trying to self-promote here.

I’ll blur all logos in screenshots and refer to my SaaS as “M*g” to keep it low-key.

The image isn't working.

Good luck with the journey!

Can you upload image to the BHW, but good luck on your journey :)

Good luck with your journey
Please, reupload the image, there's just a link for now.

I'm interested in this journey. Goodluck.

Good Luck, watching for updates.

#buildinpublic a DFY Outreach System - Day 1

I’ve already built a dashboard that scrapes LinkedIn posts, finds emails, and verifies them.
All on autopilot.

(In a later post, I’ll share how I funded this first prototype.)

But here’s the catch...

Nobody wants to risk their personal LinkedIn.
And creating burner accounts? Total time-waster.

So here’s the pivot:
I’m building a fully Done-For-You outreach service.

No tools to install.
No accounts to manage.
No technical headaches.

Just sign up, submit your campaign—and we handle the rest.

This is what MassProspecting is all about:
Letting users focus on what actually grows your business—building real human connections.

My concern is about SCALABILITY: How easy is to scale a SaaS if I have to provide LinkedIn profies to each user.

Thank you! You encourage me to keep posting!

Are you doing this on X too?

Good luck, and I look forward to your updates :)
Yes. I have an X account.
Yes. I am posting there too.
But.... it is a new X account with no-followers yet.

Nice, what is this SaaS about?
I replied this in my last update.

We have the same setup as your idea, and our current main expense is server usage, which is a little higher than other lead-finding methods, but it's still very useful for cold outreach.

How expensive is your server usage?

Let's say: How much you spend to keep 1 social account running 24x7 ?

my method does not need accounts to scrape, but still cost me around 8$ to find 1,000 emails

Ever tried to engage users with a software product?

It’s not easy.
Trust me.

Dozens of users tried M***g during the private beta back in June.

I recorded every session with SmartLook.
Watched every click.
Every hesitation.

Then I tweaked the dashboard.
Again. And again.
Until every new user could use it without asking questions.
No friction. Just flow.

UX isn’t a feature.
It’s a process.

Cannot see what you are talking about.
Nevertheless, good luck with it.

[Journey] Building a DFY, AI-Driven, Outreach System – Day 3: Defining Unit Economics

From the Excel sheet...
To setting up the invoicing logic...
To designing the actual plan structure.

This part?
AI still can’t touch it.

Because it takes more than code to:
  • Understand the market
  • Build an offer people actually want
  • Optimize tool usage so you stay lean and competitive
This is strategy.
This is human.
This is where the real edge is.

NOTE: I recorded a video showing my Excel, source code and plan tables; but I can't include it here in order to stick the rules of BHW.

Any updates to this journey?
I could use something like this.
