Hi people,
I had successfully adapted to my version of Everyman sleeping schedule last year, it helped me pass my exams; made me very productive.
Now, I am going to adapt to it again.
I made my own schedule, It involves a 'longer' core sleep of 3 hours, supplemented by 20-minute naps throughout the day.
Sleep Time
5pm To 8pm [core sleep] = 3hrs
1am To 1:20 am =20mins
5:45am To 6:05am =20mins
8:40am To 9:00am =20mins
1:00pm To 1:20pm . =20mins
Total Sleep time=4.2hours
Some questions you may have:
1) Why is the sleeping schedule irregular?
= I have divided my work within these 20 minute naps
2) How do you even plan to achieve this?
= "Show me the incentive and I will show you the outcome"
I have a really 'good' incentive which will keep me dedicated.
May this journey motivate you all to give Polyphasic sleeping a try.
BTW, last night I slept for 7 hours, and I have been awake since then.
