I'm not sure if I understand your message. There's no offer. I don't create any product. It's just a simple journey. Even it is a good idea to create a product (I didn't think of this possibility), I will not do it.

What about creating templates and selling them in Theme Forest for example, did you consider this?
 
have you received any feedback yet? as i feel your prices are crazy high? im doing the same sort of thing but charging a monthly fee of around $30-40 which includes hosting and 2 hours of free work a month have 4 people atm im working with, wish you the best of luck though feel free to pm me :)

I have started to work again on this journey from yesterday. I will try to make updates daily.

Depends on what means for you crazy high prices. I have many years of experience and expertise in this field and I cannot work for $200 a website. My intention is to make a lucrative business, not a few bucks a month.

I have considered this, but I don't think it is a good idea at this time (at least for me). Who started 4-5 years ago, in the early days of selling themes for Wordpress, with this business model have made a bunch of money

Thank you! I started from yesterday using this method. Thanks for your software. Very good. I hope you can make something like that for the US market. After the first client, I will take the paid version. Till now just a few rude replies, but I'm sure will appear few clients in the next weeks.

Today I will continue to send emails to hyper-localized none mobile-friendly websites (thanks to @jamie3000 ), and I have prepared 8 demos for a particular niche. I will contact from YP potential clients proposing to create them a website like one from the 8 demos.

Well depending on the platform your creating your website on lets say its wordpress a website takes around 2/3 days maximum to complete with around 4 hours at most per day if your really trying you can finish a website in a day,
charging people $1200+ for a website is over 125$ per hour? most websites you will be creating will be looking very similar as you will have your template set then just change pictures and information accordingly.

How do you manage to get people to pay these high prices while im struggling to get clients on £40 a month (cheaper than a phone contract)

Focus on quality and creating trust/ relationship with your prospect. This is basic of selling concept. It makes no sense to focus on pricing, instead more resources should be channel to identifying the right customer base that need your product/ service. The reason why you are getting so lowly paid is because you are focusing on the wrong customer base and not creating enough trust in them to pay you at a high premium.

You need to study more about the art of selling. Try books from Brian Tracy.

I will personalize as much as I can every website. They will not be similar. My idea is to deliver quality. Actually, this is what the people needs, quality, not just a template installed. In most cases, I will offer also custom design if necessary. Like @Kratos168 said, you need to change your customer base and to offer a better service, a more complete service.
