The Tier System goes from 1 to 3 - With every warning you will recieve, you will get a PM as well. As the user has been warned for the same thing 3 times in a row the Tier 3 Infraction was his perma ban.

Been reading this thread. I dont know him to be honest. I research alot about popular members like one of the most popular ban BigBuddy. I just didn;t know Josh saga much.

I didn't like his sense of humor but he seemed nice.
I saw him say a few racist things unintentionally I guess and it's not because we are on a forum that you can say what you want, how you want. People forget that.
But to have an infraction and a ban... you must really not care at all about the rules and the warnings, it's not possible to be ban if you are a little bit self-conscious...
I read one or two threads where I said things that were really at the limit but never had a warning so it's just not so difficult to not be banned, respect people, be careful a little bit about what you say and you will be okay...

So with tier system, one gets banned sooner than usual?
Earlier at least 4 warnings were required to get banned, assuming that each warning consists of 3 points.

Not necessarily. Depending on what rule you have broken there are individual points and if you exceed a limit of points then you will get permanently banned. The Tier 3 Infraction always means permanent ban.
So you could have 3 active warnings (from several different rules broken) but that does not mean that your account will be banned, because it might not exceed the points limit. If you do have 3 warnings from the same rule you've broken before, then your account is toast.

You are mistaken as to 4 warnings = a ban.
One does not get banned earlier with the Tiered system but it is actually more friendly.
Should not matter if you just follow the rules though as they are not ambiguous or hard to understand.

Maybe one day a rule will be brought in where if the banned person makes a video of themselves doing things like walking around their town center naked and being laughed at, or having intimate relations with a farm animal that will be considered their penance.
For now Saga will have to have sexy hot and spicy times on his own for a while.

Just to be clear, to get permanent ban under tier system, all 3 tiered warnings need to be active at the same time?

No they do not need to be active at the same time.
Still though it should not be an issue if one follows the rules as listed here.
So if I on accident promote another forum link twice when helping another member in the next 20 years, I am gone..?

Oh that's quite worrying. In the previous system, no matter if the same rule is violated thrice or 4 times, as long as the warning is expired, it does not get counted. But in tier system, it gets counted even after , say 3 years?
Am I right? If yes,it would get lots of members banned as someone may do same mistake, say after an year or two unintentionally.For example, if a member has a BST and post a promotional thread before 72 hrs mistakenly 3 times in 3 years, he is gone?
