I get the impression he will be fine guys, he learnt LOADS and had a great determination so he will succeed, just learn lessons from this... although its a forum and the weekend there is still a time and a place for everything.

That is not a rules violation.
The dude worked for me some 10 or 12 years ago and did a spectacular job as well as advised me on some things so I could be more successful.
AND... he is a great guy to boot.
I don't know how this even possible. Even I know who Josh Saga is and I have very often episodes of temporary memory loss!
I would've probably changed my name to 'sir' by then, so nobody will recognise me at that point!

Don't we have a tier system in place now? So more warnings are required to get banned.

WAS = past tense.
He screwed up previously, didn't learn, and was banned. Not a lot else to clarify.
