Joomla or Wordpress ? help me

Wordpress is the better of the two for blogging; Joomla is OK for static CMS-type sites and educational resources.

Also, more customization potential for Wordpress; got some friends who work on an automotive blog they customized with WordPress on a free webhost!

Wordpress, there are more people that use it and in turn provide more tutorials, plugins, etc.

WordPress. Unless.... Oh no wait a minute, there is no reason ever to chose Joomla over WordPress.

The platform you choose create the website will not affect your SEO directly. As far as I know, using wordpress will help you use seo supportive plugins.

ps. do people use joomla to create websites in 2020?

Joomla is big, heavy, slow. You need experience to optimize it. Wordpress is much more simple and easier at SEO work. Also many free also cheap plugins to extend it possibilities.

Guys thanks for all response i will go on wordpress

  1. Go for wordpress site, if you research then you will able to find free theme and also paid theme. word press site is easy to use for everyone after getting basic knowledge about how to upload and edit.
  2. You can go for joomla if your site is not big enough. It's generally easy for small site.

You follow the flow of the stream-wordpress. It seems joomla is loosing grounds even in the conventional framework usage for development. Laravel is preferred

Joomla is much more insecure than wordpress.
Just look on google for joomla exploits and see for yourself. (exploit-db.com)

WordPress is defiantly the go to. But you should consider BlueHost to potentially host WordPress for you. I personally would choose to use BlueHost with wordpress installed rather than wordpress by itself. Its a little extra money but it will be worth it i reckon.

My recommendation is WordPress .. because it works easily and has more features…

Joomla being banged hard in 1 single thread :D :D :D

I use WP most of the time, but I saw really well-made websites with Joomla,
However, it was a little bit difficult and different, need some time to get used to
