Javbucks pretty bad results

Hey guys,

I am complete newbie and wanted to see if i could make some money online.

So i joined Javbucks affiliate program one month ago and according to their stats, If I understand them correctly, I have sent over 4000 people to their website offer and have made 1 sale.

I would say the traffic is very targeted. Everyone got linked to the offer via a video.
That video is related to the content on the porn website which has the offer. More than half the traffic is from 1st world countries so i dont think that is the problem.

I made that one sale after just 1000 clicks and was actually pretty surprised i made money so quickly. However im a little demotivated that i made nothing for the next 3000.

My questions are:
Is this normal or maybe just a little unlucky and i need to have more patience.
The offer always seemed a little expensive to me. It costs 12 dollars per month for a year or 40 dollars for one month subscription and maybe those just dont sell quickly. (Who is gonna pay for porn these days right?)

Or am i just following a bad method?

I feel like i am a little in the dark and i would like to compare my stats to someone else's if anyone is also sending traffic to Javbucks.

I worked pretty hard on this all month so i appreciate any advice. Thanks.

It'd be difficult to directly compare your conversions with other people since the traffic quality would probably differ.

I'd recommend sending part of the traffic to a different network (preferably a reputable one) and see if your traffic really converts.

Thanks for the tip. My plan is to keep the set up as it is for one more month to see if i have just been unlucky. Then i will try will try your suggestion.


@javBBB: I have added Javbucks on sk ype a week ago and I tried again yesterday but the add request never got accepted.

If your video is on a tube or free site, then I would say you're done fairly well to get a sale with that number of clicks.

I would say the best targeting for their affiliate programme is going to be behind paid/member section sites.

JavBucks it's very good network, especially for monetize Asian traffic : HK ,TW ,Macao

@Sephrata Yes i thought that maybe i had unrealistic expectations because that first sale happend so quikly after 1000 clicks. The source is indeed on a free site so im asking people who are used to porn being free, to start paying for porn. So it is not strange that sales would be slow. You seem to have experience with this kind of affiliate work. How long do you see how things go with your method before you start changing some things? I tried to structure my method exactly to the site that Javbucks is offering so i am a little hesitant to send my traffic somewhere else too quickly.

If your traffic is coming from porn uploading then you should test smartlinks, you would have made more than that with 4k hits, there are many networks offering smartlinks in bhw, just do some research.

You were not the guy I tried to add. The post seems a little defensive. Please let it be clear I do not mean to bash Javbucks in any way, the offers are great and support is helpful. The conversions for my traffic just seemed a little low to me so i came here for advice, which i got (Thanks guys).
