I think you're just too isolated.
Do you happen to go out sometimes ?
Do you have friends or relatives who are close to you ?
How often do you interact with them ?
Do you interact with people on a daily basis ?
Just saying "hi" to 5 diffrent people per day may save you from your isolation.
I don't assume that you're lonely, because it's more than a feeling than a fact.
But you may really be isolated and your brain is starting to create its own reality to spice up your isolated life.
Don't forget the fact that schizophrenia is more common among isolated people than socialized one.
Either way, be brave and start to pray or to meditate to calm down your mind.

I have it, I was shit scared when I was a kid not knowing what the shit that was. My parents often asked me to pray and go to bed. (lol)
After researching this stuff and knowing what it actually is, it is under control.
