It's is safe to add a picture to your instagram account while your followliker bot is running in background ?

I have done it plenty of times, but i would not recommend it, just to be safe.
Probably I'm just paranoid, but i try to do it without being connected to another Wifi when i do it - Mobile/4G internet only, just so they can't see that you are on 2 different places/wifi at the same time..

Yes it's safe. I have been doing it since month, however my VPS is in the same country as I am in so that might perhaps have decreased the suspicion from Instagram.
