Hello everyone,
I need your opinion on something.
I've probably set up around 10 different blogs / Forums in the past, some of which I sold for a good price. After a two-year break, I’d like to launch a forum on the topic of AI.
I have quite a bit to say about it since I deal with GenAI and related topics both professionally and personally.
My problem: I also work as a trainer for IT specialists, and the younger ones (under 25) all seem to agree that forums are no longer a relevant medium. Everyone prefers to watch a spoon-fed YouTube video from someone with 50k+ subscribers rather than read a post that covers a specific topic (or even the same topic as the video).
Is that really the case? Are we here on BHW the last people who still search for information in forums and appreciate the community aspect? What’s your take on this?
