I have read a lot of users In BHW creating their own porn website. I am not going into this niche because creating a porn website is illegal in my country (India). As per my research it is illegal in most countries.

It all depends on what country you are. Even in that case, if the hosting is located in some country where it is legal, it is quite difficult for any other govt to get any id info on the owner. PD: this is not legal advice, make your own due diligence.

No Problems guys, I won't be working on anything that is illegal. I was just surprised by the number of people working on porn websites so wanted to ask if there is a legal way. Anyway I don't think there is better to stay off the idea.

If you post your own porn it is legal, if not then use offshore and dmca ignored hosting. If you live in China or N. Korea u will get executed no matter what

Well the police beat the shit out of people recently because they were stepping out of their houses despite a lockdown in force.

Also I don't know why porn is a banned , one of the reasons the Indian gov. gave is it destroys the cultural ethos. Screw em I get to sell.more cracked vpn accounts !

Seems like it's pretty much 1:1 with the Islamic countries of the world and communist countries of the world, and everywhere else is not a problem.

I actually didn't realise so many places banned porn.

Cmmon man, I know a lot of Indian guys who runs adult sites. You don't host the fuckin site in your house under the bed.

You get some windows vps and vpn to can navigate to can work on it.
You get server to host the site from europe, France, Netherlands...

You don't use your real data to buy domains, neither for hosting.

And voila, you are safe!
I don't know how you guys can make a leaving on IM cause a pretty big percent from you have no idea about anything goes around and just ask some questions wich are so simple to reply!

the point is website follow rules as where it hosted. you can do the same with gambling site.
but as it's follow the rules mean you are also subjected with tax.
