Is youtube view source also a ranking factor?

Didn't work in my latest video even though I was getting 1500 views per hour. On top of that, added 250 likes and some dislikes and shares too. Video shows nowhere in suggested or related videos. YT is getting tricky day by day, maybe because of the recent update.
