Recently I ordered Webxen Hosting service after reading the post here:

However, after ordering and paying for the service, I didn't see any account information email sent to me. I don't know about the nameserver information, FTP information....etc and I couldn't start my work.
Therefore I opened a ticket on their support page to ask for them. It was 30/6 and until now still no one answer me.
I am wondering if anyone is also using Webxen, did you or are you experiencing similar issue? Any idea to solve it? And does anyone get the contact of Webxen's owner?
