Is Translation considered Duplicated Content?

It is not duplicated content if you translate to other language, usually i will translate and then use plagiarism tool(usually pass though) dont worry, i have been doing this to my pbn and is working well. Go for it

1 - Grab 5 articles related to ur keyword in the Niche ( From google best results )
2 - Translate those 5 articles to the language u want to use
3 - Create 1 wordpress.com free blog and add those articles with proper tags, pictures and interlinking.
4 - Submit the wordpress blog to google
5 - See if google indexed the website

This should take 30 - 40 minutes max.

If you made Exact Match subdomain, good website title, and optimized the blog right, you should gain rank in google with the web 2.0. If google indexed your web 2.0, gave it ranking at least for the unique article titles, then you know, translated keywords work. If google removes it, or doesn't index it, then, it doesn't work !
