I have a hosting plan atm that provides whm access for up to 10 cpanel accounts, according to them it is equivalent to 10 separate shared hosting plans. I intend on starting two amazon affiliate sites both in completely different niches with a dedicated ip address for each domain, would using this hosting plan be advisable or should I just go with two different hosting companies?

I dont really see a problem if these are completely different niches; is it 1 or 2 amazon affiliate accounts?

so it seems the concern is google, not amazon? as these are unrelated niches, it does not really matter; but do not make all the time the exact same links to the 2 sites, mix it up.

The concern is google and not amazon, that's why I titled it if this is safe for seo

ok but what is the concern with google exactly then?
I am a newbie in terms of SEO, that's why I was asking if it's safe to have two sites that I own under the same hosting as I'll be doing link building and don't want to get penalized. Sounds like a stupid question but I'm trying to avoid making mistakes.
Thanks

What you are asking is basically whether all shared hosting users are plain stupid by not going for a VPS (at least) for each of their sites or not. No, they aren't. Yes, Google could do some checks against the IP and find that two or more sites are sharing one address, but as long as the content (niche) is not identical (duplicate), I don't see you running into any real issues.

It depends did they give you 10 different IP? Yes you could host all 10 of your sites on the same IP that is not an issue. But I would not link them all to each other to try and get ranking.

OP if they are legit sites then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
If you are doing any black hat (other than link building) then you should probably separate the sites.

You wont get penlized!, google does not crawls cpanel activites you dont have to bother using a proxy,, BUT! If you'll start link building make sure each index you make have differend proxy ;)

No, they provide only one but dedicated IPs can be ordered seperately

This answered my question, Thanks

Thanks for the will, will keep that in mind. Cheers

No issue with the SEO ranking. There are number of sites running on the shared hosting server. Just you will need to make sure as those are separate sites, each site will have their own contents which should be identical. Contents should not be copied from any source. You will not face nay issue though all sites have the same IP address.

Make sure to maintain web page load speed while hosting the site on the shared hosting server. Because site with the best web page load speed will have the top rank in Google. So web page load speed is the factor which you will need to consider while hosting the sites on the shared hosting server.
