Is this right? (Increase CPC)

Hy i have a epic blog and my traffic is based upon facebook (also buying traffic). My CPC was 0.30-0.34 max from more than 4 months. 2 days ago my friend suggested to use some text containing Business and Forex keyword. I used that now it is giving 0.4+ from last two days. What i want to ask that will google block my adsense? i am worry about it.

i waz earning about more then $200 but at the end of month they diasabled my account !:S

See actual this is depend on ur traffic quality if ur giving good traffic and ur users will liable then they will never block u, infact they not block accounts on Blog as im using same account frm last 2 years
