Since likes, comments, views are now carrying through, FINALLY lol, I plan on using ads a lot more now and I'm just not sure if I've missed these options.

2)) Target people who follow a certain account? The way you can on Twitter. I know Instagram uses FB's ad scheme but I'm wondering if I'm missing an option?
