I launched my first ever facebook ad. I'm running a PPE ad, till now I've had 1,900 impressions only 120 engagement and 4 clicks but made a sale. I'm kinda confused, is this normal?
I launched a conversion ad yesterday at $5 a day had a reach of 1,500 people, decently targetted and my cpm is at $3.5 but had 0 yet conversions till nowAround 6-7% CTR is good engagement response.
But for clicks to website its terrible because that would be around 0.2% website click through rate. You want to have a click through rate of around 5% or higher.
Create a new campaign and set the objective as "traffic to website" or what ever FB calls it these days.
Website Click Through Rate should be around 5%.
Website Cost Per Click should be around $0.30.
If not, test the ad title, test the ad copy, test the images (important one), test angles and test targeting.
Also, mobile clicks are normally cheaper than desktops. And you normally get more conversions when people are on wifi (so turn on that option).
And you want to make sure you have a decent budget, FB would like at least 20-30 conversions per week for FB to optimize and give you the best results. So unless you can get that many conversions - you might struggle with your campaigns (they might work for a while, then just die down).

I'v gotten 4-5 clicks and I'm targetting the USA and CanadaHow many website clicks do you get?
CPM is really low, are you targeting 3rd world countries? You'll probably get lower conversions (though I'm not sure, most people I know go for US/UK/CA/Au).... let is run for at least 3-4 days before you decide to kill it.
