Is this method of FB Ads working ?

Hi guys , i will begin in amazon and i want to know if i put a post about the product that i want to sell and i boost it (advertise it) , can i for exemple buy likes and comments and send it to this post ,because people when see a post with many likes and comments will react more easily (increase conversion) .
Is this method of FB Ads working ? ( as i said i'm a beginner so maybe i can be wrong )

Your ad will definitely look better with more likes and engagement.

However, make sure the likes and comments come from real looking profiles.
