Really doesn't matter where you're from as ICANN, who is in charge of domains, is US based. So if you get sued in the US they seize your domains. You can avoid prosecution etc but you'll lose your site.
However in this example you're fine.
It would have to be very similar for them to bother, yours looks fine.
Besides, even if your site looked the same as Facebook, they'd be fairly unlikely to take action unless either your site became popular, tricked users into thinking they were on facebook, or slagged off facebook.

No you've got nothing to worry about that doesn't even look close to Facebook.
There's a lot more serious shit going on throughout the internet than for them to worry about this. Just focus on building your site

Just don't name it similarly, and don't try any covert scheme to draw users in based on a Facebook similarity and you'll be fine. Also, don't use code from FB. At all
