I don't understand why when search for my keyword at Google sometimes my site appears on google but most times it not.
However, the site position never decreases moreover it increase but some time it appears in its position but some time it not.
I don't know why my site position is not being fixed this can cause a traffic problem?

This is absolutely normal. Especially new domains are jumping out of index for quite some time (sometimes only minutes) and then getting back to old position. Stay calm, I see it for all of my domains.

Here’s what may be preventing your site from showing up in search results:

Google has not indexed your website yet (too new)
Your website isn’t optimized for search engine crawling
Your keyword market is very competitive
Your website has “no index” tags
Your website has been penalized and removed from Google

Because, Google does not sell places in the SERP.

How long has this been happening? It often happens to new sites who haven’t narrowed down their niche yet. Or sometimes it happens to sites that are competing for the same keywords with many other sources, like the commenter above mentioned. Just keep uploading content and you’ll see your SEO standing improve over time.

This is true my site is about 1 month old but my domain is 5 months old

This could be google dance. Don't worry, this is normal. Keep track on your search console, if you have a major traffic down, then this could be a penalty. But according to your description, this is for google dance I think.
