it appears, the thread starter question was already answered by them disabling your personal FB acc

2 questions remain:
1. where do you live?
2. how many fucks does that country give to FB and its lawyers?

i think when you have the answers to these questions, you will have the answer what to do

What you could do (if you live in the states) is to do a JV here with someone form BHW outside the states and just continue your business! Next time contract offshore hosting to begin with!
 
How did they get your (personal?) email?
Your site is hiding behind cloudflare and all I can see is that you did not receive this email via Cloudflare Abuse.

does who got latter do you guys open facebook pages with details that you guys selling facebook likes? maybe they goin after sellers who sell fb likes on them own website? after all I got today few more people telling me they got this latter and from what I know all of this people are selling on bhw

this forum now clearly been watch by facebook ^^ or someone playing dirty games haha
 
It seems legit to me. If the domain is real than I think you can contact with them. I don't think there is any problem.
 
I was created few page on Facebook for each of my website.They got all info from these page.However I just stop selling Facebook and Instagram Service.So, no problem now at all
 
No idea why no one even comment on the fact that the supposed lawyer is writing in first person...
You have to realize that there isn't a single lawyer in the WORLD who would say "ME" when representing someone. If you are a lawyer it's impossible to make this mistake, since it's imprinted in you(the lawyer) to a point where you don't even think when you write/present documents(Yes I know lawyers don't write their documents themselves, but the clerks are more than qualified and would never do that mistake either).

it's obviously a fake. What's more using gmail... c'mon seriously? Facebook would get to present them some lawyer that uses gmail?
Also getting your FB pages disabled isn't really hard. My guess is that they just reported you and FB disabled them.

Long back, i did get one from same Perkins Coie, but not on behalf of FB, but some other Site.

Not always true. I have my own email addresses and use Gmail as my email client. The address in this email looks exactly the same as mine would, with the words "via gmail.com" following the address. It's legit imo.
 
Same happened to me :( my personal FB account got disable. WTF?
I sent email to them (If you re enable my FB account i will stop selling them. That's all

I had a similar situation. I had a facebook page promoting facebook ads coupons.Later i added free ads offer. At that time they sent me an email stating they saw page and they wanted it to shut down, cause fb is not giving any free ads. It had hundreds of fans.Almost all of them are targeted and half of them are direct buyers. I didn't want any trouble or lawsuits so I handed it over to them.Haven't heard from them since. The page is no longer available also. What i'd suggest is that,Lay Low.Grab all your lead's email ID safe,delete everything from the host,Hand over the domain to the bullies,Make yourself safe.You can't stand lawsuits against a giant like FB ,well unless you have a private jet to visit your girl friend every weekend.

Then start everything from a better safe place (offshore hosting mostly) with a discrete domain name (not using TM names).Let your customers know,that you are upgraded your server for more efficiency and even introduced a 'Buy Three get One Free' Offer.There is life waiting bro.Don't worry,you are among good and serious people.Best Of Luck.

ps : + that , Youtube took down my video promoting that page (which had 1k+ likes and 12k+ views and 50+ comments ,all genuine ) left me a infraction for breaking their guidelines.I was on first 3 rank for the keyword " easy facebook advertisement" in the year 2014
 
New Update :

They Email me again and showing new domain. Asking me why i am selling fb likes again from that domain. Honestly that domain is not mine and i told them . I told them I have stop selling likes and I gave them proof.They said leave from past and answer about new domain .

Don't understand , are they send email randomly ?

I just told them, do what is best for your client. I don't care, as that domain is not mine.
 
It's legit. You've been busted. :D If it's not your domain, though, you have no worries.
 
Writing looks legit.
Find an official email id (other than the one mentioned above) and verify
 
according to me you ignore it when they send email again then respond
