This guys real email address is: "SMerriman AT perkinscoie DOT com" so if the mail you have is sent from that address then i would suggest its real, however anyone could knock this email up in an hour so try not to panic just yet, check the address of the mail as i said above, and call them if the mail is correct to confirm.
If it is correct just take down your service if you are worried, no need to send them everything that they have asked for, they hold no legal right to that info.

It looks legit to me. I once got a letter like that. But from Starbucks attorneys. I just did what they told me to do. I never had to pay a dollar or something for a fine. Just shut down my site. Sorry man for you that you have to shutdown the business. So start with twitter, soundcloud, tumblr instead.
I don't know how big your sites where. Im speaking from experience with not a very big site. And i wasn't selling anything. Just showning porn ads on the starbucks site

I know at lease 3 people besides you OP from BHW who got law email from FaceBook law office and is been about 6-8 months since they told me they got it and nothing got happens to them still til this days and they still selling those facebook likes as well so all I can say is fake
P.S. U.S. laws can't be applied to people outside the U.S. so they can literally suck a big one
edit: if I ware you I would look it up this dude who's signature at a bottom and call him and double verify if he for real and 2nd would ask what he gone a do if im outside the usa ? im sure as a professional lawyer he gone a say completely nothing

It could be real... the website logo is Perkins Coie "Perkins Coie is an international law firm headquartered in Seattle, Washington" [cit. wikipedia]... I strongly suggest to be sure that this it's real before do anything.
Your services are probably the cheapest: a lot of people and haters could have created a fake mail from Perkins Coie for constrict you (and maybe also other providers) to close your activity.
What I suggest to you is go to the Perkin's Coie original website and contact them and ask about the received mail and see if the mail was original or not.

I've just thinked about it: why he want the account/buyers list? "Dear Iamtheman's customer, Iamtheman have decided to stop his activity and he've decided to start to work with us, so try our services".
Also IMO a gmail account is not credible if you could have a perkinscoie dot com email address... this is a no sense.
