Okay, so there's this particular CPA offer on my network that I'm interested in promoting.
The thing is, this offer only requires desktop traffic but I can provide mostly mobile traffic...lots of it too.

My question is: Is there any way I can promote this offer on mobile make my traffic appear to be coming from desktop devices?

Put some code and message that they need to visit the site from dekstop tell them that is not availiable on mobile

Was actually thinking/hoping there's some blackhat way to do this and have the traffic register on the network as desktop traffic.

Maybe ask that question in the scripting forum. I am sure there is a way to do that with javascript.
