Is this customisation to woocommerce possible?

Hi guys,
I struggling to find a high-risk payment gateway for my business. thought and tried several methods and finally came up with this below idea. Please let me know if its possible or not. Please share your inputs or feedbacks. Tell me if there is any risk involved in it?
Description:
I have two woocommerce stores. I want customisation like the below example.
The customer comes to website A and chose a product/products. adds them to cart and proceeds to the checkout page. At the checkout page, when he/she clicks on pay now. He/she will be redirected to website B's checkout page only and with all the checkout information from website A(like products and price). At website B's checkout page he/she will click on pay now and complete the order.
Let me know if you can do this? and how much will you charge if you can do this?

It can work. But your payment processor may find this and and if they dont allow high risk processing they will block your account.
