Is this a workable idea?

Based on the concerns expressed bu numerous members here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/sarkar-seo-biggest-seo-scammer-fake-accounts.1259467/ (and as I understand it's not the only thread on such a topic) I was wondering whether it is practical or even possible to set up a system that requires even buyers to sync a card and pay some kind of fee (even if it's just a nominal fee) to purchase bst services - to deter any potential astroturfing (if it's occurring as much as and as often as a lot of people are confidently asserting) and grant them a choice to post a review only if they pay the fee.
Maybe this could help with quality control and more efficient and informed selection of seller services.

Charging buyers a fee for purchasing a service would turn the marketplace structure into the Fiverr-based model and would bring with it a wave of new responsibilities and headache for management here, not to mention the large number of buyers that would be deterred away for having to pay an add-on fee.

It would do sellers more harm than good.

MODs have ways of confirming and connecting accounts and fake profiles, there's much the MODs do behind the scenes we don't see.

don't think that's a good idea. Adds so much more level of bureaucracy for something that should be so simple and quick - buying a service here on BHW. Just like ContentExpert mentioned, it would also increase rates and deter people from wanting to participate.

Oh ok, I had no idea.
I guess maybe it's more a question of price sensitivity; how much you would be charged :)

I see how it might be positive for admin to encourage quality control and regulation and inspire more confidence for buyers but I see also how it might be negative for sellers.

I would say as a buyer I would probably prioritise the services according to a budget if I was paying for them but depends on what's being purchased I guess and how much it costs.
I wouldn't have a problem throwing a buck or two for a service that costs $$$
How many sellers would be discouraged by paying a dollar or two per procurement?
