Is this a scam or child/ fan account method?

So I had this account kiara_amt_paris13 following me. I was recently looking into the child/ fan account method and thought this was an account abusing this method. I followed back to see what would happen and immediately got a notification that I won an iPhone and What colour I wanted. I went a long because I wanted to know how marketeers use this technique. The last thing she asked was a photo of my bank account card. At first I thought she was going to put a link to the main account but now it seems like a scam? I am a bit confused and so I send her a picture of a dog but then the conversation stopped. Is this just scammers abusing an influencer by replicating her profile or is this some kind of mother slave marketing? If you look for kiara amt Paris on instagram you will see lots of fan/ child accounts. Anyone knows what it is? I also wonder What people can do with a picture from your bank card?

Dont you need some special device to clone a credit card So it can read the chip? I know Its a scam But would like to know how it works

for credit card you only need all the numbers and you can easily shop online

I’m not a scammer but knowing how something works is key in not getting scammed imo.
