Is there such thing as Mass Blogspot Creator?

I'm thinking about generating a lot of blogspots but doing it manually would be a pain so I searched about something that automates the creation of blogspot blogs based on a gmail list. I've seen some but were no longer working. Can anyone share some know-how about this?

I know a mass wordpress blog creator but it is not blogspot creator.

I prefer blogspot over wp for its "heavier" weight on SE ranking. I've got old bloggers without a single SEO done yet brings in some traffic from G search. BTW, let me have 15 posts then I'll answer PMs. Thanks.

Yes, also you can not put ads into free wordpress blogs, if you do it wordpress will delete your blog.
