blogspot auto poster

Hi guys, I am getting lots of links from the Blogspot site they copy my content and link to the original content image. so my question is it will affect my site ranking?

I'm thinking about generating a lot of blogspots but doing it manually would be a pain so I searched about something that automates the creation of blogspot blogs based on a gmail list. I've seen some but were no longer working. Can anyone share some know-how about this?
