As close as you can get is making the video unlisted and then share the url via email or a skype/facebook group.
There isn't 'subscribers only' option on YouTube (yet).

Make your video private, then find the way to send the link to your subscribers, maybe via Facebook or Instagram. There's no specific option to do what are you looking for.

He can't share a link from a private video. I suppose you meant the UNLISTED option.

Make your video private then you need to find a way to send that link to subscribers. Currently there is no "subscribers only" mode
