I have Ninja blaster is not so good anymore as Facebook detects any automation. Now I am testing with maher post.

I think Luke has the software named FPTraffic which does this.

Yes, he has and just made a huge update to the platform but you can post only in groups where you are admin.

Didn't use it for a while,,check it out it has limitaions in the free version but i think you can bepass that

I remember use one before forget the name is web base and free
sadly it seem down and I never use it , also FB kinda detect it as spam and easily get your account ask to verify again
