What exactly are you asking.. Can you please take a look at your title. If your site was dropped from ahrefs it has nothing to do with your serp rankings.

Ahrefs is just a tool. If it shows that you lost some links, that might affect your rankings.

Lost back links can definitely effect your serp rankings.

it has 2 lost type one is "lost: dropped" and the other is "lost: Link removed"
the link in dropped still have the link not removed and still effect for the serp rank?

Ahrefs is not Google.
It is just an external tool that can let you track (if you don't track it manually already) backlink profile, however, it is not perfect.

removed could be just link and dropped could be whole page/domain (404 error) I think. or the opposite

yeah i got dropped one , when i check the link still there so maybe like you said @aidenhera maybe the whole page rank or something in the page go down
