Each clip is a seperate ai generation, and there are subtitiles added, and there are transition effects, and also layer masking for lightening effects or something. (these extras are made with software video editing)

It's pretty simple, for Free way: you can simply use kling to generate the visuals; screen by screen, then use a platform like Elevenlab to generate the voiceover and then use something like capcut or filmora to combine the visuals and voice over accurately.
Or you can use a much easier tool(paid though) like Leonardo AI, it can generate both the visuals and the voice over at once.
