I am working on the site www.phonydiploma.com. I'm ranking behind my two main competitors even though all competitors analysis suggest that they are weaker in every category viewed by Google. Is there any effective way to increase my website ranking? Thanks in advance!

For such an established site, the usual way is to point new links to the site. This should start by a site audit and a competitor analysis, before the backlinking strategy is decided, and then implemented.

Knowledge of the actions you'd done for optimization would make it easier to advise you something.
Work on on-page, create quality and diverse backlink profile, social signals etc.

He knows that we have done whatever we can do. I was just searching for something which I am missing or not heard of. Any new technique....

Thanks for reply. But I have already done website audit and competitors analysis. Our site is showing better performance result as compare to our competitors but still not doing well in SERP.
