Is there an Instagram bot than can do this? ...

I was wondering if there were any bots that could identify profiles following me that are no longer active - i.e accounts were the user has never posted/not posted in a long time.

Additionally, are there any bots that can identify followers that are active but have not liked my content in a long period of time?

I am looking to improve my ratio of followers to likes

Hi there,

there are lot's of bot's even some free ones. If you have less then 500k follower it should be easy and fast to get your results even with the new limits.
You only need 3 Functions:
1. get your followers (see post with 2 free bots for Instagram)
2. run in a Loop (e.g. behind tor or other proxy) with each followername a http-request. Most Information are parseable from the side (for example last post)
3. get your Posts (includes commments and and users) and compare with List of 1.

Check out my Instagram Scraper. What you can do with it is the following:
1. Scrape your followers / followings
2. Filter them (based on their followers, followings, last upload date etc)
3. Get a list of filtered users and then import them in other software to unfollow/block them

NOTE: Due to nature of Instagram and its limits, we don't guarantee how many users you will be able to scrape (example: if the user has millions of followers, we don't guarantee you'll be able to scrape all of its followers).
