h**p://www.wpaffiliateelite.com/ for wordpress is supposed to help you insert links into any text content automatically. you assign certain keywords to specific affiliate links.
if you mean an article submitter tool which does this, i am not sure, but many article sites don't want affiliate links in the content.

I also like popshops...I only use it on one site but it is the best plugin I have found for free
