Is there a risk with this backlinking practice?

Hello all,

I've been in the process of link building of my website for several months now, and it's been going well so far, I've seen good improvements so far.

I am generating a few backlinks per month along with developing quality content in my site.

So my concern is,with the articles I've been writing as "Guest Posts" for other sites, I always put in the content "one link only" which points to my money page. Is that considered to be risky and could rise high suspisciouns in the eyes of google if it sees the articles linking to my site have only my link into them?

The reason I kept only one link in each article and didn't want to add more links to other sources Is because so I can get the maximum of the link juice.

So I'd love to hear your valuable feedback based on your own experiences.

Thank you so much in advance for any information that you might share on this subject!

This shouldn't be a problem,
most of the guest posts and PBN posts has a single link to the money site without any other link included,
if you really want to avoid that, you can make a couple of web 2.0s including your links with some authority websites

I don't think you should have any problems.
Most of my backlinks on a particular site are apart from a few diversity links creates.

Those are good news! Thank you guys!

It depends on how you link to your money page. You already said that you only have one link pointing from your guest post to your target page.

If you're constantly using the same anchor text, that's a dead giveaway.

You have to remember that Google is looking for "natural" link patterns.

So if all your backlinks come from guest posts and they all link to the same money page using the same anchor, that's gonna be a problem.

It's only a matter of time until you get penalized because it's obviously manipulated and artificial.

On the other hand, you may be better off by using guest posts but changing up the anchors or linking with a raw URL to your money page.

But again, if I were you, I would link to other pages on my site because if Google were to crawl all your backlinks and they end up on the same page, that just seems too suspicious.

So if I were you, I'd look for a linking pattern that looks more natural.

Also, factor in timing. When you're doing guest posts, don't just do them at one time and have all those links appear pretty much within a short period of time.

Again, that's a red flag.

Spread things out. Drip feed.

The name of the game is to "look natural."

No issue at all with this, as long as you pillow your money page as well with a blast of more generic, naked and branded links on other free platforms - blog comments, directories, etc... This will dilute the exact anchor text percentages coming from your backlinks, making it more natural.
