Hello, is there a paid or free program / website where I can post hits to my sites?

It is enough to help with Alexa reduction or just show up in Yandex Analystic and Google Analystic counters.

Why do you want Alexa rank reduction? It's not useful
You can try PPC and other ads if you have higher CLV of customer than what you spend

You can use Diablo, it works but I tried it couple of times for Alexa and it does not do any help there. However in GWT, you can see the impression and traffic
