Is there a BLOG sharing service I can pay for?

There's a blog that has the option to "heart" and "share" the article. But you need to log in with a Facebook account

I've purchased things like Instagram and Facebook services, but never for a blog.

Is there anyone who I can pay for this service?

I feel like he means like an SMM panel type service that does that. That would be pretty impossible since not all social share buttons are created the same. If it is for SEO, I'd recommend looking into social signals as those can do the same thing. If it is to make it look like your site is popular, there are some fake social share buttons that have random numbers made or you can edit the values either from plugin settings or DB inputs.

It's on an external blog site.
It shows you how many people clicked the HEART and how many people also shared the article.
I want to pay someone to add like a 1000 shares and/or hearts on the article.
