I have been blogging on my second website for about a year. This is data from my Google Search Console. Is this good? Also, I have been trying Adsense for about 6 months and getting rejected every time. Should I keep on writing on my second website, because my first one tanked.

It's good, but it's very low, almost close to nothing. Any random joe can come up with a small niche site and get good content loaded, some links and force indexing with citations etc, and get this same results in 3 months or 6 months maximum with a VA and a budget of around $300-500 and some in-depth SEO knowledge ofcourse.
