Hello BHW,

I was wondering if you guys could give me any advice on this method.

I'm thinking of paying a graphic designer on Fiverr $5 - $10 to design a t shirt for me. I'm going to use the design for on Teespring. I'll market the t shirt using Facebook ads, with a budget of €45. I am thinking about the politics niche.

What do you guys think of this?

Thanks in advance.

I would search for the teespring thread, might have some answers there.

In theory it would work im sure, but I think this method is still new so not alot of people have tried it. I am sure someone out there is banking with it.

It will take alot of testing though, you might not profit right away. Make sure you use the FB tracking pixel on your shopping page so it will gather campaign data.

My advice is, you already sound ready, why not try it out? Thats really your only choice, try it or don't.

If you don't you will have 0 success chance.

If you do it might not be 100%, but it will be greater than 0

Dont you think your budget is little low ? You need more budget to collect data and try different angles and ad sets.

Yes, I agree my budget is low. I don't have a lot of money, since I'm 16. But do you think €45 will be sufficient?

Normally you can't find a winning campaign with first few campaigns you have to burn some money first so keep that in mind. But you know luck favors the brave sometimes your first campaign could win it all.

It sure does, yesterday I saw an ad for one shirt that had almost 100k likes and ~ 25k comments.

Wow, that's amazing. Do you by any chance remember to what niche the shirt was related?

facebook business account to run ad.
All right PM.

One last question guys: is it recommended to have a Facebook page with a solid amount of likes before starting with advertising?

I would advice caution. Its already Fb and teespring is already flooded with players so if you are thinking of making money quick. Don't even think about it. It takes time and patience and a lot of money. Invest your money wisely.

True. Do you know any other method, where I can invest about €50 to make a decent return?

Im not saying you are wrong here because I am sure tons of people are copying this method and creating competition. However, I feel like if you come up with a unique, desirable design and run the right ad campaign you could sell a t-shirt no matter what. The key is finding the good designs and unique niches.

It takes time and patience to really start earning. There are many programs in the market . It depends on what you are interested. Whatever you start with there are options to do things for FREE. Get into a program and master it first. BEWARE there are no quick rich schemes in the market. Watch every guru with a critical eye ...everyone wants to sell something to you and most are just trying to get your money. Black hat is a good platform to get good stuffs for free. For now educate yourself and master the skills needed. Once you see cash coming in slowly.....repeat the process and expand your biz. I have had my wallet burnt by many shiny objects in the market....so I saying this out of concern for many newbies out there.

Well I've done it before, going to test out my old niche and method, will report back if it works :)
