Is shezboy dead or what? No support for his FB like jacker

Has any tried contacting @shezboy or opening a ticket for any of his product recently. I have a ticket opened on his site with a reply on 29 August giving him login details of WP site (as asked by him). I have not heard back from him since then. I replied to the ticket again on 2 September and tried contacting him on PM as well. He has not reverted back at all.

Thanks, I knew that. I have asked for the support on webuildtools.com and the ticket was about FB post like jacker (their changed product) and not FB Page like jacker

I know @shezboy has had some problems in his personal life so please be patient.

I'm certain he's not the type to screw his customers over and he'll get back to you when he can.

Wow, what a waste of time and money. He could just let all know instead of frustrating users waiting for him to reply on ticket.

I bought the plugin around 2 months ago and people were saying then that FB was testing new updates which were affecting some people. I was told my domain wasn't ages enough and need to develop my fanbase slowly etc. A month later more people saying its not working but was still told that its them and not the plugin. I sent a support request at the end of August which took almost 2 weeks to be replied to and didn't even answer the question. So far I haven't had any use for this plugin and had completely minimum support.

I have the same problem, no longer responds to emails. I have bought all the plugins that have released, and now does not respond or work for the update. Next time I'll think about it before giving my money, it's a shame to support and communicate with your customers.

since a subscriber of Like Jacking Ninja I have received a number of email's regarding this new plugin.

Now let's come to the main point, so since last update from FB like jacking Ninja was no longer updated citing the reason as facebook updates. @shezboy in original sales thread in the marketplace had mentioned that they would cover all future updates from Facebook and this was a lifetime one time payment. I can understand there can be problems that lead to shutdown of the original like jacking ninja, but you are offering the same product with a new name and with new updates at a new higher price.

On one side you offer lifetime product and shut it down after 2-3 years (not sure exactly) why because you can't provide updates. On the other hand you launch the updated version with a new name and a new price.

There is nothing like a lifetime license. Turning your back to your customers this way is not good and never expected fro you atleast @shezboy .

@BassTrackerBoats @Apricot I think you should look into this matter. What is the meaning of offering a lifetime license if you abandon the product citing reason as facebook updates, but selling the same product to your EXISTING customers with a new name, new price. I have received a dozen emails from this guy over past 3 months and each time he only offers 20 LIMITED copies exclusively. Who know's you won't abandon this product in future @shezboy

Its been 3 weeks since the advance like jacker went down. Already sent an email few days back still no response from shez. But before I submit a ticket, I already talked to him almost 2 times for the updates. All I receive is that its still in progress and owners will receive an update email. However, we did not receive any follow up update. I feel like I've been robbed for buying the advance like jacker that only works for 1 and a half week
